Xterra World Championships Maui, HI
Congratulations to Tom Monica, CVMM swimmer and triathlete for winning the 2009 Xterra World Championships in Maui. Only 550 athletes around the world qualify to compete in Xterra World Championships and Tom finished first - World Champion in his age group!
San Diego Tri Results
Wade won his second tri- swim splits are wrong but he did great only his second tri. Wade Federer came away with a win in only his second Triathlon!  He lead his age group from the swim and finished with an impressive run split. Wade is an assistant swim coach and valuable member of Seven Sins Multisport!

Robbie Wright picks up an 11th place finish in the very competitive 40-44 year old age group!
